Thank you for booking your wellness appointment at Transformations Massage and Wellness Center. The following company policies and guidelines below allow us provide you with the best possible service and care at our office.
Our Company Policies
Payment: Transformations accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit cash and check. Checks only accepted from current clients. Payment is expected at time of service.
Packages: Groups of 3, 6, and 10 massages can be purchased at one time for a discounted price. Packages are valid from one year of purchase and transferrable within your family. No refunds are available with packages.
Returned check: A fee of 35$ will be applied to returned checks in addition to the service rendered
Late Arrival Policy: We suggest new clients arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This allows you plenty of time to fill out our confidential intake form. Our therapists spend additional time prior to your session to review the form and get to know you better.
If you are already a client, it’s a great idea to arrive a little early. We will have a short check-in form to let your therapist about your current problems. Also, being a little early lets you to unwind before your session. Relaxing a few minutes before will allow you to have a better experience.
Please call ahead if you know you will be late. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more will result shortening your session in order to keep our schedule, respecting the next client’s session time. Full payment is expected for your service.
Cancellation Policy: Transformations Massage and Wellness Center requires a 24-hour cancellation notification. Your email reminder will allow you to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance online. Notifying us in advance allows us to fill your appointment space with those who are on our waiting list. A 24 hour or less cancellation will require you to contact us by calling (865) 337-5583.
A cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show appointment will require payment in full for the session. This allows us to cover the missed visit. Our front desk staff will contact you for a payment.
We understand emergencies and illnesses happen. Please cancel if you have a fever, been hospitalized, or have flu- or cold-like symptoms within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Also, we will contact you if we experience inclement weather. Your safety and wellness are important to us.
