CranioSacral Therapy is a subtle, calming form of bodywork that enhances the body's natural healing process. This gentle, but powerful, technique releases soft tissue restrictions at the deepest level. A typical CranioSacral session take place in a peaceful massage treatment office. You remain fully clothed and relax on the treatment table. The massage therapist completes a gentle assessment to different parts of the body, usually beginning at the feet, to monitor the rhythm of the fluid that is flowing around your central nervous system. Your practitioner is able to feel the rhythm and detect where the original source of dysfunction.
