Kristen Evans, LMT
Kris originally found herself being drawn to learning and understanding the body through her yoga practice. Kris experienced first-hand the profound effects of yoga and massage both in her physical well-being as well as mental and emotional wellness. This began her journey of confidence and enthusiasm for the capabilities of the body. Kris’s goal is to use massage and yoga to contribute to her community, inspiring health and vitality to all those who step into her office. Kris is grateful to help, whether an athlete in training or post-event, overcoming injury, dealing with matters of acute or chronic pain, or for stress management and relaxation.
Kris approaches bodywork and massage from a place of full awareness and intention. She believes the body has the ability to heal itself. Kris takes the time to sit with each person to understand their lifestyle and goals creating a massage experience that best suits the needs of the individual. Kris’s massages have been described as both relaxing and invigorating using a combination of both gentle Swedish as well as deep tissue techniques, range of motion, gentle stretches, and an intuitive touch to allow for a personalized experience.
