About Your Instructor
Kris Evans, LMT CYT is a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor receiving her certification from Asheville Yoga Center in 2013. Kris was first introduced to yoga through a study of yoga philosophy which led to her curiosity in the “asanas” or physical practice of yoga. The transformation she discovered on her matt empowered and inspired her to share what she had learned. She brings to her practice over 10 years of experience in many different styles, from many different teachers around the world.
